I've been to Sutter Creek...the American River flows through there...that river is the home of my first ever rafting experience.
All,
Thank you very much for stopping by and taking the time to comment on the Cherry Blossom pictures. Stop by often to see great photos throughout the week, but every Tuesday evening here on the east coast of the states, when Almost Wordless Wednesday gets posted, count on breathtaking and beautiful photos from MTMD.
Katztales, where in Michigan is your husband from? I encourage you to visit the Michigan Tourism Site for more great pics. You can find some great links for Michigan photos and lifestyle on my left sidebar--scroll down and click on the drop-down list under Michigan Travel Resources.
Mariuca, the photos do have a calming effect, don't they? Thanks again, as always, for stopping by.
Rox, I'd love to see the Cherry Blossoms from Roxiticus Valley.
Jackie, it's my pleasure. Where is Ficksberg? South African Geography isn't exactly my forte.
Happy WW! I swear, you can make anything look beautiful. If you lived near hear, I'd hire you to do your magic in a photo of me! LOL! Might be impossible!
Thank you all. Will, I do a pretty decent job on people too. A few years of studio work and competition have given me a bit of an advantage, although I still have a long way to go!
A lover of art in all it’s forms, I strive to express myself in a manner that allows others to see the world through my eyes. By Jennifer Robin and Robin’s Woods are a homage to my darling mother whose greatest unfulfilled passion was self expression. I hope I make her proud.
Jennifer Robin is the name that my darling mother had chosen for me. Alas, she was overruled, but I honor her by using it here and whenever I can. Curiously enough, Jennifer and Robin have the same meanings as my given first and middle names. Some things were just meant to be.
Where I live...
Robin’s Woods, of course. My husband and I call a log cabin in the midst of our 42 acres of forest our home, and are amongst thousands more wooded acres. It is our very own personal paradise, definitely a wish-come-true.

This is an amazing image. I also like yesterday's image. Thank you.
Interesting, but what exactly is all that?
Just one view of the inside of an old foundry.
