I would second the question about the lower flower - What is it? And does it last as a cut flower or is it a wildflower? It is so exotic looking.
In response to the question about what kind of flower the second one is, I don't know, and neither did the person growing it!

The second flower is a "Centaurea montana (common names include perennial cornflower, mountain cornflower and mountain bluet) is a species of Centaurea endemic to Europe".
