Our unseasonably fair weather continued through this last weekend, so I took advantage of it and mowed the grass, which is no small undertaking; including the area around our "guest" cabin pictured here, I maintain about 2 1/2 acres of "lawn" all told. Don't let those blue skies fool you though, because fall is already here, as evidenced in the pictures below the cabin!

Beautiful pictures. We are going into spring here and I am so looking forward to some sun! By the way that's a lot of lawn to look after - I will never complain again!
leaves changing colors is something we don't enjoy in our part of texas. :( that's a gorgeous guest cabin you have there!

You are SOOO lucky!
The weather here in Ireland / UK has been terrible.
By the 19th of August, August 2008 was the wettest here since records began - and it did'nt get any better after the 19th!
Good pics! I love fall!! :)
the 2nd shot is so calming to look at. :)
Autumn is my favorite of all the seasons. We don't have that here in my country but I've had the chance to witness it in some of the countries I've visited.
Beautiful pictures :D
Mowed the grass?! Holy cow. No thanks. Nice cabin, though.
Beautiful photos, but I can't believe you are already so far into fall. We just had a 90 degree day on Saturday. It's cooler today, because Ike came through. The leaves here won't change for about another month though. The cabin looks so peaceful!
ooooh i can't wait for fall. in the middle of NC we're still having upper 80s, low 90s. boo!
It's just beautiful.... but fall is here to soon... wishing summer would last a wee bit longer:-)
beautiful shots! Fall is coming soon here..
Mine is up HERE
Oh I LOVE the guest cabin!!!!!
We also have 2 acres of lawn. The cabin looks so inviting. The 2nd photo is awesome. Love it.
