These are VERY cool pictures! I had some terribly strange shrooms growing and WISH I would have taken pictures now. Thanks for sharing these. LOVE your blog. With gratitude, Laurie B.
I have a Finnish girlfriend who is a mushroom hunter in particular forest regions. She is very knowledgable about those you scould and should not eat. I believe mushooms are very mysterious creatures.
A lover of art in all it’s forms, I strive to express myself in a manner that allows others to see the world through my eyes. Robin’s Woods and ...by Jennifer Robin are a homage to my darling mother whose greatest unfulfilled passion was self expression. I hope I make her proud.
Jennifer Robin is the name that my darling mother had chosen for me. Alas, she was overruled, but I honor her by using it here and whenever I can. Curiously enough, Jennifer and Robin have the same meanings as my given first and middle names. Some things were just meant to be.
Where I live...
Robin’s Woods, of course. My husband and I call a log cabin in the midst of our 42 acres of forest our home, and are amongst thousands more wooded acres. It is our very own personal paradise, definitely a wish-come-true.

did something eat it?
I guess I don't know enough about fungi to know how it progresses.
Here today, gone tomorrow!
Oh I started to use a mushroom that I found too. But, I went with my Bonnie and Clyde house find instead.
Not pretty but it is strange.
I love your shots today.
HappyWW:-))
Did something eat it?
WOW! In just one day?!
Amazing stuff.
Wow! It must have been eaten. Ours have been in our garden for about 10 days so far. They're still doing fine :O)

Here's a dumb question- which came first? If the bottom picture was the day before I can see where the phrase "mushroomed out of control" came from...
In one day...wow!
I had no idea they went so quickly. Great pictorial story though.
Beautiful photos. I used to travel to Washington state often for my job, and always enjoyed the scenery. Now I get to visit again. :)
That is amazing. I'm with Karen, something must have eaten it?
